Review first; access later
The initial review needs only an anonymized example payload and the preferred delivery or callback format. Do not send API keys, passwords, customer data, or licensed media merely to discuss the pilot.
What this pilot changes
A successful generation is not yet a reliable workflow. The pilot wraps one existing Arcads creation path in explicit state and stop conditions so a retry, timeout, or duplicate event does not become a second unapproved spend.
Approved input
One documented payload names the assets, model, quantity, approver, and maximum credit budget.
Request record
A persistent request ID and payload hash are written before any generation call.
Fail-closed gate
Missing approval, missing inputs, an oversized batch, or unknown headroom stops the request.
Create once
The adapter creates at most one Arcads job for an approved request ID and stores the returned job reference.
Bounded polling
Status checks use a timeout and backoff. Polling never creates or silently replaces a job.
Controlled delivery
The terminal result is delivered to one agreed destination with request and job references.
Evidence + handoff
A run record and short runbook show what happened, how to retry safely, and how to revoke access.
Exact $299 scope
Included:
- One agreed trigger or intake connected to one Arcads creation workflow.
- A written payload contract covering required assets, model, quantity, approver, and credit ceiling.
- Persistent request IDs, payload hashing, replay protection, and create-once behavior.
- Batch and credit gates that stop before a write call when required state is missing or unsafe.
- Bounded status polling, one agreed delivery path, and a compact execution record.
- A staging test, an operator runbook, and one correction window against the agreed acceptance tests.
Excluded: creative production, campaign strategy, media editing, Arcads subscriptions or credits, third-party hosting charges, ongoing support, and a second workflow. Any excluded work requires a separate written scope; it is never added silently.
Acceptance tests
| Test | Required result |
|---|---|
| Approved small request | Creates one job, reaches a terminal state, and produces the agreed delivery record. |
| Missing approval | Creates no Arcads job. |
| Duplicate request ID | Returns the stored state and creates no second job. |
| Batch above ceiling | Stops before the Arcads write call. |
| Unknown credit headroom | Fails closed unless the written scope defines another explicit safe rule. |
| Simulated timeout | Stops polling without recreating the job and leaves a resumable state. |
Access boundary
- Evaluation: no credentials or system access.
- Scope: anonymized payload, expected callback or delivery shape, and agreed test limits.
- Staging: dedicated webhook or adapter access with the minimum required permission.
- Test: a dedicated, revocable Arcads credential when the platform supports that boundary.
- Handoff: the buyer retains secret ownership and can rotate or revoke access after acceptance.
Personal logins, administrator passwords, email access, and unrelated production data are not requested. Secrets stay in environment storage and do not belong in prompts or business logs.
Commercial terms and stop points
- Milestone 1 — $149.50: due only after both sides accept the written payload, deliverables, exclusions, limits, and tests.
- Milestone 2 — $149.50: due after the agreed acceptance tests pass and the runbook is delivered.
- No work that changes the price begins without a new written scope.
- The buyer supplies any required Arcads credits and approved test assets.

Next no-credential step
Send one anonymized payload.
FlowPatch will return a provisional boundary showing required fields, stop conditions, and the callback shape before asking for credentials or payment.
This offer is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arcads, Slack, Anthropic, or any repository maintainer. A real job should not be created until the payload, limits, assets, and tests are accepted in writing.
